Whisky Business

Chamomile Tea lends a delicious depth to this classic cocktail.

Ingredients (Yield 1 cocktail):  

  • ½ oz. scotch whiskey
  • 1 ½ oz. manzanilla sherry
  • 1 oz. Two Leaves and a Bud Organic Chamomile Tea
  • ½ oz. Bénédictine
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions:

  1. Stir the first four ingredients with ice and then strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and rub the peel on the rim of the glass, then discard the peel or add to the drink if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
