Delicious Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaping scoop Two Roots Golden Latte Mix
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until well combined. Makes 1 serving:

Tips:  Adjust quantity of milk or ice to reach desired thickness.  Try with any alternative milks.
