Mint simple syrup (to taste, 1/2 tbsp)
6 oz black tea - steeped and chilled
(Two Leaves and a Bud Organic Assam or Organic English Breakfast hot teas steeped and chilled)
OR
6 oz Two Leaves and a Bud Organic Black Iced Tea filter bags
Lime juice
4oz Sparkling water
Combine ingredients and serve. Top with fresh mint leaves.
